Reliance energy a power utility firm topped the group A with 8.87% gain.
It was followed by Jet Airways which was placed second in group A with 7.28% gain.
Orchid chemicals registered a gain of 6.93% and was third stock to rise in group A.
IT firm igate solutions attained a gain of 6.65% and was placed fourth in group A gainers.
